this baby blanket is realized in cotton, but it’s fantastic also in wool.
The final measure is 50×50 cm, 20×20 inches.
Necessary:
2 ball of colour A
2 ball of colour B
I used the Paris of Drops Design
needle 5mm, US 8
Let’s go!
Cast on 91 st. in colour A and knit 2 rows in moss st.
2 rows in colour B
2 rows in colour A
Now knit the first and the last 5 st. in moss stitch.
Repeat the instruction in the “…” ultil the last 5 st.

With colour B knit 2 rows in garther st.
With colour A knit 5 st. in moss st. , knit 4, “ slip 1, knit 5”, knit 4, 5 st in moss st.
5 st in moss st., purl 4, “slip 1, purl 5”, purl4, 5 in moss st.
With colour B knit 2 rows in gather st.
With colour A knit 5 st. in moss st. , knit 1, “ slip 1, knit 5”, purl 1, 5 st in moss st.
5 st in moss st., purl 1, “slip 1, purl 5”, purl 1, 5 in moss st.

Continue until 50 cm, 20 inches.
Now with colour B knit 2 rows in garther st.
Knit 2 rows in moss st with colour A, 2 with colour B and 2 with colour A.
Cast off all the stitches.
