2 buttons (2cm / 0,75 inches)

Half a ball of cotton (with a ball you can knit 2-3 mug cover)

I’ve used Drops Design Muskat, I love it, it’s simple to knit and to wash!

Cast on 17 stitches on the needle.

Knit 18 rows in garther st. (knit all rows)

NOW : knit 2, cast off 13 st, knit 2.

NOW: knit 2, cast on 13 st, knit 2.

Knit in garther st for 54 rows.

NOW (for the buttonhole) : knit 2, cast off 3, knit 7, cast off 3, knit 2.

NOW: knit 2, cast on 3, knit 7, cast on 3, knit 2.

Knit another 2 rows.

Cast off all the st.

Sew the buttons at the mug cover!

I know it’s very very simple!!!

They are very beautifoul in every colours, also in two colours.

Proseguire con il colore B e lavorare entrambi i gomitoli
Poi riprendere con il colore A fino alla fine del gomitolo e chiudere lasciando c.ca 20 cm di filato.
Cucire i due lembi della stessa parte nel colore A per c.ca 7 cm

row 1 – knit row

row 2 – moss stitch

repete these two until the end of the ball,
