cast on 60 st. on the needle

knit 1 row and put the marker

Knit 10 row at rib 1/1 (1 knit 1 purl)

Decrease row: “4 knit, 2 knit tigether” repeat

Change colors

knit 10 row

change colors

knit 9 rows

change color

knit 3 rows

Decrease row: “3 knit, 2 knit tigether” repeat

Knit 1 row

Decrease row: “2 knit, 2 knit tigether” repeat

Knit 1 row

Decrease row: “1 knit, 2 knit tigether” repeat

Knit 1 row

Decrease row: “knit 2 together”

Cut the yarn and sew the st.

This blanket is very funny, in garter stitch and with a lovely hood.
I’ve used one yarn 50% cotton and 50% wool, it’s perfect for midseason and for summer.
This is for a baby girl but it’s a good model for a boy also.

Necessary:
2 balls of Cotton Merino Drops Design in pink
2 balls of Cotton Merino Drops Design in violet
needles US 6 / 4.00 mm

Cast on 3 stitch on needle with a violet yarn and knit one row.

From now every row make one after the first stitch.
